Workout Program:
Right now my workout is completely cardio.
I spend an hour a day on a tredmill fat burner mode says i burn 1200 cal. I just switched to a staistepper lvl 20 fatburner for 1 hr says I burn 2220 cal. I find that hard to believe however it did ask my weight so we shall see. Also since in on a ship at sea during my 5 hours of watch i drop and do 15 leglifts,20 crunches and 5 ab wheels every 30 min.
