This was taken at 313 lbs 50 inch waist I was on a 6 mo med deployment 08 in the navy. this was taken in the ancient city of Ephesses in Turkey. I had to pass navy body fat standars or i was going to get kicked out with 15 yrs of service

I want to pass the navy prt (rope and choke standard) equates to 22% bodyfat
Goal (Long):
First I want to pass the navy Body Fat Standard of 22% bodyfat. Once that is accomplished I want to go down in pants size to a 36 inch waist. Im hoping at that point ill never be near 22% again
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 75 lb

Right now my workout is completely cardio.
I spend an hour a day on a tredmill fat burner mode says i burn 1200 cal. I just switched to a staistepper lvl 20 fatburner for 1 hr says I burn 2220 cal. I find that hard to believe however it did ask my weight so we shall see. Also since in on a ship...
