Well, initially it was to stop being skinny. However, I wasn't necessarily too serious then so well, I stopped being skinny. Then I got a disease and ended up getting fat. After I started feeling my fat rolls, I got disgusted so well, had to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
Its a traditionally, non-academic method of stimulating my brain. I'm a nerd like that though.
How I Stay Motivated:
Realizing that if I don't, I won't look or perform the way I want to. Thats just unacceptable, so I might as well keep at it.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from 125 to 205 in 5-7 years. Talk about awesome. :-)

Goal (Long):
Someone asked me what I was trying to accomplish recently and being a hobby just didn't really cut it. Recently I've been trying to find an inner focus and path to enlightenment through training. However, I think I've indeed become serious about reaching 230 between 5-8% bodyfat.
Gaining a bit of crazy athleticism would be cool too but thats just a side effect of the training.
This dude works 2, 3, or 5 jobs. Hell, I don't know. Has a family and manages to get his training AND bodyspace gossip/report time in. This is madness. He even has my original power ring. *sigh*
No gym for 26 miles, over 40 and in wonderful shape thanks to "fitness in the outdoors". Just shows that you really can be in wonderful shape when you have nothing but a field and trees to train with. I just hope he doesn't talk to them.
Why I like this video: This is actually a pretty bad fitness series, but like I said, calisthenics madness. Most of the people that buy this can't get into position to do a large amount of these movements.
For the longest, I never really took an assessment of my training form from an outside perspective while actually training. I was never even completely conscious of it. It was me, the weights, and whatever exercises I was either tasked or decided to do ahead of time or that day. Its...

I have to be careful about what I take. If it contains a any substance banned by usapl I cant take it. So when I do take supps I have to take a look at the banned substance list. This stuff seems as close as it gets to roids man!! lol.

hEY WHAT UP MIKE! Yea i'm working on bulking. Its not working to well though. Still at about 234 right now. i want to bring it up a little bit more over the next few months.
For the last couple of months, I'd decreased the weight on all my sets for an extremely strict form, but now when I sacrifice a little form for more weight...I just cant get it like i used to.
I am plotting to take over the Natural Bodybuilding WOrld! ...lol. I'm just documenting my workouts, diet, and supplements. I plan to compete in summer 2010, so I'm putting together a timeline for diet and workout. I am on a high calorie diet, over 400 g of protein to keep the gains lean. I want to pack on another 25lbs, which is not going to be too much of a problem, because its all going to be leg weight!

Hey believe me bro I can!! No problem. Problem. comes in when I wake up I feel horrible and I have no appetite for the most of the next day!! To H*ll with that man. Those days are pretty much over.
Nah bruh. No drinking! Maybe on around the holidays but ive come to the realization that drinking even if its once a week can really effect weight gain in a negative way.
