Well, initially it was to stop being skinny. However, I wasn't necessarily too serious then so well, I stopped being skinny. Then I got a disease and ended up getting fat. After I started feeling my fat rolls, I got disgusted so well, had to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
Its a traditionally, non-academic method of stimulating my brain. I'm a nerd like that though.
How I Stay Motivated:
Realizing that if I don't, I won't look or perform the way I want to. Thats just unacceptable, so I might as well keep at it.
BB Accomplishments:
I've never competed.

This is one of the few pics of myself I can find predating 2004. Way back when I was about 175 or so. Before I got fat thanks to prednisone.
Alright, so this is me seriously attempting a cut I guess. I'm on a supp called recreate in this pic. This is day 5 on that supp. Took it for a "before" comparison.
LMAO, I know everything looks the same but my measurements say different. He he, the changes are all ... beats me. ...
Being a super athlete (whatever that is) thats huge and ripped is perfect. What's the alternative?
Goal (Long):
Actually, I had a big lofty goal in mind originally (230 lbs at 5% bodyfat) but at this point in time, although I'm not there, its not really my goal anymore. 20+ handstand pushups would be pretty cool too. At this point, I guess I'm just trying to lose as much fat as possible without having to make any sacrifices and have it be a simple lifestyle type ordeal.
Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
No
Why or why not?
I think I'm a bit too private and everyone would ask me why am I not happy with how I am now. I don't want to hear their opinions on what I'm after really even though I know they'd be somewhat supportive. What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Take two pictures. What you look like and what you want to look like. Ingrain what you aspire too in your head. Hell, paste it all over the bedroom, fall asleep looking at what you want to look like. Eventually, what you want to look like will become so engraved in your brain that everything you do will be conducive to that goal.Take two pictures. Why I like this video: As much as I like weights, calisthenics are pretty powerful and practical. I don't really believe these guys though because well, I think they have used free weights at some point in their lives.
Fitness From the streets Part 2
Played: 183
Why I like this video: This is actually a pretty bad fitness series, but like I said, calisthenics madness. Most of the people that buy this can't get into position to do a large amount of these movements.
Johnnie Jackson Deadlift
Played: 160
Why I like this video: My favorite exercise performed by one of my fave bodybuilders. Perfect!
This post is meant to be an introduction to the bodyspace state tour as well as the highlight of the first stop.
I must first detail the goal and aims of the Bodyspace state tour. Recently, I've become slightly bored with the hohums of my usual training week. Doing my prescribed number of...
Hi, Thanks. Alot of hard work and cardio and more cardio. Read the articles on this website http://fitnessblackbook.com/ and try this carido routine from this youtube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v =KTJV-6lgJnU
Well work legs 2 twice a week. Upper body 2-3 time a week and I run at least two miles twice a week. I try to do abs everytime I workout. I try to mix it up alot. sometimes I do the 5x5 heavy or 12x3 light or maybe 8x3 moderate. But I like to keep a challenge so I'm always changing. Its been working so I'm happy.
LOL. Thanks for welcoming me back. I had a drought on here where i didnt chek for a minute.
GOALS! Well not im back in the states, They call u "OVERWEIGHT" if you dont meet the REQUIRMENTS for the airforce. So Now i have to Loose all that extra mass i worked so hard for, get more cardio, and loose the waist. Funny thing is, Muscle weighs more than fat so Im still not really LOOSING weight per say, cuz im not loosing strength anymore for them.
I can't stand up straight without pain but it's occasional. Not all the time. My chiro did this electric shock therapy on my back, and that helped quite a bit, but it wore off after a while.
im about ot start dropping my weight don again slowly.. i noice the first time a tries it, i became weak, cause i did it too fast... now i have the mass and strength so ima cut it up again, down to 185 and chill there.
how have you been?
Yes, I am logging them. It definitely very intense. I never thought so but every else thinks so. But it seems to br working. By Friday, I will know if it was worth it. Thus far, it is.
Our baby boy is due in the latter part of August. It will be a balancing exercise, but, I am confident we will just add the new joy/responsibility to our plate and keep moving.
dunno but must've done a good job pissing someone off but i managed to get friday night off. i plan 2 sleep the evening and day away!! i gotta get back into the gym though
I'm here. I am determined right now to train regardless of a schedule. Family life has a much bigger role, but i gotta get in there and train. I know that if I had been consistant in my workouts I could have had a much higher lifting total at that competition last saturday. I got six months to get my lifts up. I'm going to focus on building up my foundation for at least two months before I start training for november. Anyway, how are things progressing out your way?
so...now I wanna know what to do. Should I be lifting lighter or less reps and heavier weights. Let know if you don't mind. I am trying to get the results that I know I can have. Thanks man
