  • You have to keep moving no matter what! In those 8 times that you went to the gym since March it is probably 4 more than I have! LOL!! But you've gone. Which is what I tell myself...I've gone and I will continue to go..... no matter if I say my motivation is 10 but is really 2 in my mind! LOL!!!

hearnstyle im just doing this simple 6 arm workout. Its seated overhead barbell Ext- superset with barbell curl. 2. lying dumbbell skull crusher superset with alternating Dumbell (DB) curl. 3. DB kickback superset with concetration curl. pretty good workout most of the time ill add anothter set of something else. May 20, 2013 12:28am

2facedlogic Nope, all done with that. All about the trim now. I've started cardio which I've never done. At least not with out being told to, lol. So I run and use the jump rope 4X a week and I up all my reps to 12-15 range. May 19, 2013 7:35pm
