Hi sorry I am just getting a chance to reply...Its been crazy over here. My working out has sadly had to take a back seat to my job for now. I know it sounds lame but if only you knew. My eatting habits are still good, I figured at least I can do that. All I know is that I am sooooo ready for my R&R thats not to far away now...12 days exactly. Thanks for the concern. How are you doing?

Humm I am doing okay, feeling really fat today. I mean so far I have loss 14 lbs in 73 days but I think I should have loss more. My stomach is HUGE, I cant even sit up straight or bend over to tie my shoes w/o getting lite headed or out of breathe. All I can do is try and stay focused. Telling someone to “Stay focused” is something I tend to say all the time, when I feel in suitable for the conversation, which here on BB seems always to be appropriate. So do that please!! (Smiling)

Thanks for the add and kind comment. Trying my best to stay motivated but it’s hard, I mean when I started I was 198 lbs now I am 183 but I dont really see or feel a difference. I picked up the cardio to twice a day, decreased the food intake (1200 cals) but picked up the frequency of meals (6x). I lift 5 days a wk each day on a different part so not to over train any muscle...I dont know what I am doing wrong. It may just be stress from being in a place I dont want to be. I will keep trying.

Hello lady just wanted to stop by and speak...My workouts have been going okay, I was somewhat lagging but I think I am back on track. 'Bout to go get in a afternoon workout then go tonight for some cardio. Well I hope all is well with you. Stay focused!

Thank you, and oh I forgot to tell you last time I try to do cardio 6 days a week, mainly the Elliptical. I also do the Skier, Stepper, Jump rope and Treadmill (rarely). I try to mix up (My best bud is my loaded IPOD, I know I shouldn’t be dependent on music to get me through my workouts but I have to say it helps a LOT). Question: I am lifting right now but I really don’t know what I am doing....check out my workout plan on my profile and let me know what to think. Peace

Humm my training is pretty weak right now, I am kindle stressing at work. But for the past two days I have been working out hard, this morning I hit the weights good I suppose, did back and Triceps...( 1 of my favorite body parts to work is my BACK)I will be doing cardio tonight.All I can do is keep pushing because I will not quit this time, So how are you doing?

Thank you. I think I am getting my motivation back, I went to the gym tonight and hit hard with some cardio. I am trying to lose fat so Im focusing on cardio more so then lifting...Is that okay or do I need to do both? Well I hope all is well with you, keep up the good work in all you do.
