How I Started:
When I finally realized I was fed up with my weight gain after having my 2 children. My daughter is 4 so there is no more blaming it on "baby fat". I started to see that it wasn’t "thickness" or "big bones" it was my unhealty lifestyle. Also,humm my low self-esteem. And I just figured I made it through Army BT so why can’t I do this...
Why I Love It:
The RESULTS and the power/energy feeling! I love how the body can transform when you work hard.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thats my issue I usually dont stay motivated and focused. I hope I will this time

Be able to cross my legs without pain. Be able to tie my shoes without getting lite headed. Be able to smile without hurtful tears. Be able to not wear full attire in the bedroom. Be able to be consistent. Make this a lifestyle not a diet. I will appreciate my smaller size this time around. I WILL REACH MY SHORT TERM GOALS by Dec 17, 2009 (you can set your watches to that....I never date nor grantee anything unless I am sure of myself.)
This woman is an inspiration to me for the fact that she use to be just like I am at the moment but with a medical issue and through it all she prevailed. She is kind and a great adviser.
This Man inspired me mainly by visual....To see such a great transformation from what he was to now.."Wow" is the only suitable word to describe this one.
Well glad you get to go on RnR soon! that should clear your mind a lil bit and give you a break! Good to hear you keeping up with the eating habbits though. Sometimes with the fitness thing you have to make time if you get my drift!
What you can't see, I'm sure everyone else can. I be feeling the same thing about myself at times. Nonetheless, feed off of what everyone else is seeing and continue doing what you're doing. It's obviously working.

Wow you are keeping with it, way to go! Focus? me? My head is filled with so much chaos I'd forget my feet if they weren't attacked to my ankles. But training I can do because I enjoy it. When no one is bothering me.
