Yeah I think I can. The question will be how will I look. I was 212lbs last year but I was not satisfied with how I looked. Not cut to my standards. I need to work on the middle back. It is like flat lol. Also good job on your lifting. Keep at it and eat a lot of solid food. I've been going through CostCo steak like water lol.

Yeah good luck. For most competitions outside the pros, its a lot to do with conditioning. I mean they don't weigh you on stage lol. Come in ripped and you can take down anyone of any size. Good luck!

You will need to check what vegetables you can eat that have no carbs or little carbs. Also PWO should just be a protein shake. All the carbs you need for training in the week come from Saturday's carb loading. By default some food you eat during the week will have about a total of 10-20g of carbs.

When I do Keto, I will eat 6 days on and 1 off (similar to Dave Palumbo's Diet). For the 6 days I will eat just: bacon (lots of bacon), eggs, ground beef, chicken, vegetables, and sometimes nuts. You can add oil to get the fats you need to meet your weight. Just eat those foods 6-7 times a day along with a good whey powder (something like Isolyze with little to no carbs - ON Whey has carbs). On Sat - load up on as many carbs as possible. Then repeat.

LOL 100-200g of carbs is not low. For one month try a Keto diet and eat 0 carbs or get close to it. Only eat carbs on Friday or Saturday. You will be amazed at how fast the fat goes away.

How is it hard LOL? I'd rather do that and keep lifting weight instead of doing cardio for hours a week. I've done similar diets to Keto. I will do a fullblown one in 2009 after I bulk up. It is the best diet by far.

I was 165 in January. Now I'm 207 haha. I'm stronger than ever right now. Trying to get to the 230's someday.
