I moved to Pittsburgh and there was nothing else to do. So I decided I might as well gain weight and get big. I started at ~150lbs and was a complete stick with ~135lbs bench, 45lbs squat, and 45lbs deadlift.

★ It was all a dream, I used to read Forbes Magazine, Gordon Gecko and Edward Lewis up in the limosine, hangin' history on my wall, every Friday sell off, bank, withdraw for the malls... ★
This is about how my body was when I started out (June 2006). I was around 155lbs, pretty weak and skinny. My deadlift and squat were only around 45lbs (the bar only).
This is a little after 1 year of lifting. I bulked to 194lbs from 155lbs and then cut down to 180lbs when this picture was taken.
I broke both my ankles when I was 20 and 21 in consecutive basketball seasons and was in a wheelchair or crutches for nearly two years. After healing and rehab and learning to walk again I decided to get into lifting. I started lifting seriously in June-July of 2006. From then until...
Oh real? I thought you worked. Lol yeah I competed twice eh, not bad bro because I always thought "**** competing" but friends convinced me otherwise and it ain't too bad.. But like you, I better start doin' my school work lol!! So gonna bulk for a long while now.
Thanks man.
Yea last year before I lost my job I was around 205 but higher bodyfat. I am now around 190 and am stronger than I was when I was 15 lbs heavier. Damn hamstrings are tearing my pants again lol.
Right now I am focusing more on increasing my strength than gaining mass, but any hypertrophy is welcome. These oly lifts are helping with my strength.
i hear that man. my goal is to alternate bulking and cutting till feb 2010, and no matter where I am at start to cut and prepare for the inbf hercules in june 2010. i'd like to come in as a middle weight, but we'll see if i can make the gains! good luck!
