This is the end of the pump week and i think it was well worth it. The workout killed me but i got through all of them and hopefully this will kick start more gains. It's back to the 3 on 1 offf workout for now though.
looks like ur on ur way bro, just keep eating cuz ur not gonna grow much with a clean diet. swithc between low and high reps to get that extra pump and tear in the muscle and make sure you take a couple days off every month to recover
really? ohhh wow thats pretty cool ay =)
umm yeh i dont mind aussie .. tis a great place.. unfortunatly its freezing atm .. lol i feel the weather very badly to haha
xox
haha loser =P ... nah joking.. i say ay all the time. duno why .. im not pure aussie blood lol
so u from a small town uh? .. is it one of those places where everyone knows everything about everyone else lol... sorry im not really used to small towns.. dont quite know how they are.
and as far as training goes i've always split up bodyparts into five days a week with two off days. every once in a while i'll do an upper lower split to shock my body. one thing i have always followed is lift big, and eat big to get big. good luck brother
hey man. well i don't know how your diet is.. but if mines not clean i get fat you seem to have a very high metabolism so the most important thing will be your diet, and making sure you eat enough to gain weight.
