if you want to see the results you are dreaming for, good luck doing it without a healthy stack of suppliments..
since i train 6-7 days a week and train hard i need suppliments to keep my body firing at 100%.
my stack is:
-3-4 shakes a day, 3 scoops of gold standard 100% whey made with almond milk.
-3 servings of bpi's BLOX taken pre,intra and post workout.
-xtend taken once a day
-1 pack of animal pack immediatly following workout
-1mr as pre workout

dont lift stupid, focus on technique and strength will naturally come
do not push your body to points of injury but push your comfort zone everyday, take your time and work up to your goals slowely
