I want to build my body into competition shape and be ready to compete and place in 2010! Main focus right now besides bulking up is to get my little legs to grow!
Goal (Long):
Basically I just want to add some muscle mass. I want to get serious about training and dieting as I never have before and see what kind of outcome I can get. My natural body has always been pretty muscular and lean so I am very exited to see what proper training can do to me. I believe I am an ectomorph and have a hard time gaining weight. My metabolism is very high and I have always been a junk food and candy lover. Would eat as much as I wanted and it would never affect my weight. I have always wanted to see myself at 200lbs so that is my first goal.
I've known her for quite a few years now personally and she is just an awesome insperation! She is an amazing person, with great personality. I am truley amazed at how dedicated she has been to her training.
So I have been spending quite a bit of time over the last week or so trying to decide how to go about my training. I sit and read articles and forum posts and look at peoples profiles trying to figure out how I should be working out and eating. I'm having a tuff time with it and really want...
A I dont have a set rep range. It has changed up and down back and forth over the years. I have tried fst 7, power rep range and shock, volume workouts, 5X5 german training. all kinds and most recently I am doing all out DC training. I guess its the conbination of adapting and moving on to something else that has worked for me
If your going through alot of stress bro. dont worry so much about training. you need to get whatever it is worked out before you can even think about making progress. everything has to fit around this lifestyle to make the best gains. If I were you I would figure whatever it is out, take a few extra days off. its not worth going in to the gym stress out and stressing your body out even more and possibly injuring yourself.
Well I used to train at 24 on Cornell. But I switched to West coast Fitness. I never liked how crowded the 24s are but they do have all the equipment you would need.
it was nice to meet u and ur fiance as well! thats so cool u both got memberships at my gym! :) we will be seeing lots of each other for sure! hope u had a great workout!
Considering that in a bulking phase you're showing abs ... I'm looking forward to the ripped version of you. You ought to be able to see pics of you as a human anatomy chart then. :)
6 months to go ... sounds like you don't have to worry about the dieting until AFTER the New Years, but then again I don't think you every had to worry about that. Heck, you just must start it, oh, the week before?? ;)
