Sometimes I like it sometimes I dont. Benefits are he keeps me motivated when I dont feel like lifting much.
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Yes I do do it and its because its a lot of fucking weight and it helps me lift more. I truly believe that.
