Overall Goal: I am wanting to bulk up until March 1st, And that is when I am going to start cutting. I want to be ripped with a lot of muscle mass, I mainly want my abs to show through.

How I Started:
Well there were a couple reasons I started to lift weights. One, I was uncomfortable with the way I looked, and two, I wanted to get big and kill in football, which I did :D
Why I Love It:
I cannot stand being out of shape. I love the feeling of achieving a goal. I love when my friends tell me I am getting buff and compliments and all that good stuff, and I love when my girl touches my muscles (even though I don't have much haha)
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror. I do not like what I see, and I know that it needs to be changed.
BB Accomplishments:
When I first got serious in around May of 2006 I was bench pressing 205. Its now December 2007 and I am bench pressing 325. Its not a whole lot but I am proud because I don't know too many people in real life who can lift that much.

Well today was my first day of boxing training. It was so ****ing awesome! I dont really know a whole lot yet but it was fun as hell and I cant wait to learn to fight. I have always been big and Ive never lost a fight, but Ive never actually properly learned a certain fighting technique or...

As for the Army: It is great. I wouldnt trade a moment of it for anthing. As for the comradery, it is way better then any football team out there. Stay strong, and keep in touch.
Awe! That is soooo frustrating when you're down physically and can't keep your workouts up! I hope you're feeling better. Seems to me like muscle memory is great so you will bounce back fast. I'm going to wait one more week and then take some more progress pics....but the thought of not much progress showing after one month worries me! lol!
