Ive been at the same weight for the last 5 or so months and its quite annoying. I just want to get more cut/toned while still building muscle. I am currently running once a week, maybe i should run more? but i dont want to lose muscle...

Yeah; I would think it is unreasonable if I wasn't so sure of its ability to actually work, but I've seen enough people with amazing results of this program to know it does.
