Cutting up, I was training every other day, doing a full body work out with the first week doing 30 second rest intervals and 2 exercises together for 30 reps. By week 6 I was performing all excercise with no rest interval and 50 reps.

Leg Extensions *50
Lying Leg Curls *50
Bench Press *50
Lat Pull Down *50
Tricep extensions *50
