I train my abs hard and feel that everyother day is sufice. In terms of how many days a week you should train it depends on the way you train e.g mon legs, tues -shoulders etc, give enough time for recovery. I tend to do 2 days on 1 day off.

What worked most for me was to prioritize them in my training routine. Instead of going through the motions with them I trained them at the beginning of the week when I feel the most motivated. I would start off with overhead shoulder press on heavy weight and then move onto other exercises such as lateral raises.etc. I would then finish them off at the end of a session by doing high reps of around 20 doing overhead shoulder press again for 3 sets with good controlled motion.

I do use weights my favourite one is romanian twists. In a half sit up position grab two dumbells or a medince ball out in front of you and in a controlled motion twist to each side as far as you can.

Hi mate, for my abs i train them 3 times a week with high reps and a lot of variety. I think that framing your abs with good Obliques makes them stand out more. I Do that by doing many twisting exercizes.

Hi mate, i am leanish naturally but i did do a 7 week diet which really cut me up. For chest work outs I think that Jay Cutlers 'Stretch and Fill' work out is good. You will have to google it. My favourite excerise for chest is incline dumbell presses, i enjoy doing things on an incline as it sets you apart from other guys in terms of pec development.

Hi mate, hows are you? Training is ok at the moment just trying to change things up and focus more on individual aspects of my physique. Just getting my diet back on track at the moment, eaten to many carbs and not enough protein..i believe i have sorted that out now. How are things going for you?

At the moment i don't feel ready for competition. I am going to do one in about 10 months time and hopefully be ready for it. I want to know that i have presented a winning phsique before i step on the stage.
