swisswarrior Sorry to hear about the surgery, not sure if I understand umbilical dimension of it. I had a left inguinal done 30 years ago. At that time, 4-6 weeks were needed for recovery!! Mar 2, 2013 6:35am

dennisdeegear Right now my split is Back; Chest and Abs; Bi's and Tri's; and lastly Legs and Shoulders. Frequently though work keeps me from getting in all 4 workouts in a week, so I am constantly playing catch up. Jan 4, 2013 9:12pm

dennisdeegear Thanks for the add. Workouts are going great. My 2013 goal is to work out an average of 4 times a week. I might even make it LOL! Phillip_1966 I am doing well. This is of course the busy season for us at work so time is limited. I am going to do a full IM next August and I may have a work out buddy now, I will see. I need help getting into weight lifting like I need to so maybe he can help kick my butt into some dedicated weight lifting. How is everything with you? DorianMichael the protein i got isn't new but its new to me. its Syntha-6 by BSN. i needed a protein blend because im trying to gain mass but i cant eat all the time because of my job. this protein has the additional calories that i don't get from 100% whey and serves as pre, post, and MR protein. Not to mention it tastes great. I hope to see results from it. I wanted to try Trutein but I couldnt find it anywhere. Nov 30, 2012 8:17pm
