How I Started:	i have always been involved in competitive motorcycle sport and when i stopped road racing i needed another challenge , some goals to aim for so took up bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:	I like to see the hard work pay off, and love the pump when working out.
How I Stay Motivated:	I can visualize what i want to look like and will work hard to achieve this.
