How I Started:
I started working out in high school because of sports and throughout my college career. After garduated college I found ever excuse not to workout until I finally didn't feel or look like myself anymore and I had to do something about that right then. I got tired of being out shape.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because no one else control this but me. No matter what I can always depend on my workout it never lets me down cause I get out of it what I put into it. It has been the constant thing in my life through some hard times. This why I love it so.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation is to look better on my birthday then I looked the year before. This keep me constantly improving. I know I'm not getting any younger so I have to stay on top of it.
BB Accomplishments:
I suffered a knee injury in college playing sports and didn't think I would ever be able to do squats again. However I didn't give up and continued working at it carefully and yesterday I squated 455lbs 10 times . This was a very proud moment for me to overcome this injury in this big way.
To be a successful General Contractor and most importantly to be the best dad I can be.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I remember that my goal is to look better on my birthday then I looked the year before (every year). This is a reminder to get off my butt and get in the gym.
