How I Started:
I didn't like how I looked in the mirror. My kids nicknamed me "Fat Tummy". I was also on high blood pressure medication.
Why I Love It:
I no longer have high blood pressure and my kids stopped calling me "Fat Tummy". I'm starting to like what I see in the mirror now. I enjoy competing with myself trying to lift more than I did the week before.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read articles on BodyBuilding.com and read fitness magazines.
BB Accomplishments:
I can finally see my abs.
