Overall Goal: Gain more muscle def in the chest and arms. I want to look good with the shirt on and off.

I think I see more definition in the chest. Lost a bit in the gut. Arms feel good n' solid, but I sure wish they'd get bigger!

How I Started:
I won a 6-month membership to a gym and enjoyed the routine. Membership ran out and now I do what I can at home, mostly pushups and dumbbell exercises. I am, as they say, between jobs and therefore on a strict budget.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the changes in the mirror and hearing my wife commenting on how my bod feels more solid ;-) I also look forward to greater gains, especially in the arms. I want guns that look good without flexing, ya' know what I mean?
How I Stay Motivated:
When I see guys my age and older looking fit, I don't want to quit!
OMG. You're right. That's depressing cause with that method it only measures 13.25. Lame. I wish I'd have taken that measurement to start so I know my progress. Guess I'll have to start from scratch. Thanks for calling me out.
Funny comment about the workout music. At my gym the average age is probably mid-40s and it's like a musical romp through the 80s. There's something a bit odd about pumping iron to a soundtrack of androgynous British synth-pop acts.
