hurdlegirl How is your progress coming along? Sorry for the late response. What works for me is: 1) calorie reduction by small meals and snacks throughout the day. I eat often but clean and smaller amounts. Oatmeal, eggs, greek yogurt, fresh fruits, spinach, sweet potatoes, peanut butter,brown rice, whole grain pasta, roasted veggies, tuna, chicken, turkey, shrimp. 2) Cardio at least 4x a week. 2 long days (30-60min) to high intensity days 15-30min of interval. 3) Weight training 4-6x a week. AntonioWright Back then I ate "clean" and pretty much followed the bro science. You're going to make most of your impact through your diet. I would suggest that you start lifting weights if you haven't already. Nov 20, 2012 2:37am
