I actually began working out in high school. Stopped for about 15yrs and here I am again.
Why I Love It:
I've always wanted to see how far can I push my self as far as muscle, commitment, and dedication. I guess if you have the last 2 muscle will follow!
How I Stay Motivated:
I've recently stopped drinking and partying all the time. I'm now doing what I should have been doing for 20yrs. Two beautiful girls(my daughters) is all the motivation I need now as well. I need to stay healthy for them.
Transform, assess, then compete. Today is as good as any to recommit to the goal!
Goal (Long):
My new goal is to put on some much needed size. I'm just starting on a mass/strength program. It should last about 6-8 weeks. So far so good. It's taken me the better part of 2 yrs. to get the right combination of suppliments to take things to another level (naturaly of course). It's strange how , at 42, I'm in the best shape of my life. But hey, I'll take it! With help from God I'll be able to see this thing to fruition. Which would be contest shape come April!
