My main goal is to build muscle to win the Transformation Contest. This I something I really want to do for myself. I need to transform my body to win the Transformation Contest. I need to be better than average.
i want to gain as much muscle as possible. as a natural and "not so gifted" bodybuilder i want to step on stage one day and bring a competitive package. long therm goal is being "stage ready" in like 3-4 years.
