Man you are good! Your already lean and you've only bein doing this for a year. You are going to put on some serious size here shortly and it will be pure muscle i can assure you. Check out my bodyblog i have a quick grocery list on there. ONce you get those protiens and carbs up your golden. You look like you already have the training down!
