nice never been on a bulk myself mum/dad won't let me :( lol muscle size still growing though so i'm good at the moment :)
How's everything going? Well, my current plan is slowly increasing the weight plates and decreasing the reps... I have never actually done a true bulking cycle so I'm not really an expert in that field lol. I usually just alternate carb days with protein days within the week.
Yeah know what you mean never got the chance to do my legs at home now doing them in the gym new cuts and size is vissible to the naked after each workout (:

Wow that's great!! i would love to gain that much in this coming year :P stupid high metabolism seems to be holding me back at the moment eating as much as i can but not gaining much weight :/ though my muscle size is growing :S

Thanks bro! Appreciate the motivating comment. Currently keeping lifts heavy and short and cardio long duration. Gets hard to balance with the holidays!
