I'm trying to get up to 210 lbs at under 12 percent bodyfat. It's going to be tough but I can do it. Time out of the gym SUCKS...did you eat right? Hope your diet stays good.
things are going well man. i'm hitting the iron and cardio both heavy trying to get some def. and shred some bf so i get abs like you brother. what are you goals??
The best tip I can think of is be consistent, don't skip a planned work-out just because you don't feel very motivated and don't cheat from your diet. By being consistent you will feel better afterwards and you'll see the results you wan't.
I'm training 3-4 times a week in the gym, and then 4 times handball specific training. On weekends I usually have a game so I can't be that much in the gym on weekends. I've actually been thinking about using a weightgainer and I think I'll start using one this week but thanks for the tip!
Thanks! I'm currently trying to gain some mass, but it's hard because I have to eat so much all the time. Otherwise training is going pretty well even though my knee is currently injured, so only upperbody training for now :D
