I was always athletic. After I hit mid 20's, heineken and fries took over.I got married 3 yrs ago @ 225, a yr later I was 250 and climbing. A yr 1/2 ago I maxed @ 265. I couldnt take it anymore, I was losing myself. But what did it the most, my son was born. My dad died of a heartattack at age 46. He was overweight. I wanna be there for my boy as long I can.

GOD gave me bb'ing to replace my street life. No more drugs and alcohol. No more 6packs, I want the 8 pk under my shirt!!!
Goal (Long):
I want a flat stomach ripped as possible by x-mas. I set x-mas so incase I fall off, I'm still on track for next summer. I would really like to be 200lbs with 3-6%BF.
Great job! And you're right about being there for your son. I have two sons, it seems that as they are growing-up that many of their friends dads are willing to just watch from the sidelines. Lifting has helped me to physically stay in the game.
Choosing to be an active dad is one of the best choices I've ever made.
