Currently on a 9 day rotation because of my work schedule.
Day1- Circuit training: vertical jumps x 25, pullups x max, crunches x max, EZ bar curls x 8 reps; do 5 circuits.
Day2+3- No weights; 30min medium cardio(running or jumprope)
Day4- Chest/Delts/Tris/Calves (Heavy) (4-8 reps)
