I'm training to get my body back into summer shape!
Goal (Long):
I took a break from the lifting/diet after the competition in September. Probably should have been a little better about the lifting at least but I got lazy... I'm aiming for around 7% body fat by mid June. Hopefully hold that till around September. Not doing a show this year though, maybe next year!
Looking at your day after contest pix, when u had eaten huge, you look a LOT fuller and still very ript. Lance said the same thing. Next comp, we're eating HUGE the night before!
Heyo Joe! Not too shabby on the progress pix. I had been led to believe you had gotten a lot, um, plumper! Just gotta get those arms up in size and you're good to GO!
Hey thanks for the vote of confidence!! I had a really good cardio session this morning, and I'm re-working the nutrition plan--getting a little more strick and exact--not something I've done yet--but think I need to if I'm going to get any where close to you!!!!

Hey guy. I take the Animal Pak daily. I don't "feel" any effect, but I seem to be developing nicely, so. . . I don't want to mess with what seems to be working. HaHaHaHa. I've also taken the Animal Stak periodically. Keep up the great work, and thanks for the terrific inspiration. You look awesome.
