I have mostly only used basic type supplements, whey protein mostly. I have found that the biggest thing for me is keeping my protein intake up. Alot of guys I know like to take some amino combinations too. I don't think I am really familiar with cellmass.
Thanks bro I have a long way to go. I am just starting and trying to stay in it but I have a family, they deserve nothing but the best, and my guys deserve the best effort too.
Your pictures look great, you are definitely ready for the firefighter of the month calendar. Keep up the good work and thanks for your service to the public.
I have only had it two days and i can tell you...its not a hype. i did research on it and then talked to a female fitness person at a place called house of fitness...i had only heard of guys using it...but i guess women use it to. i needed something like it as ive got a desk job and two hour a day commute...and it revs you up when you really feel like pulling the blankets up and hitting the z's. anywho...i am not a total viable source...but i would give it a shout out for being lovely :)
