How I Stay Motivated:
I read articles and come on to Bodyspace to show myself that I can reach my goals. Also wanting to come off of some of my meds.

To get back on the wagon of losing weight and leaning out after coming back to the States.
Goal (Long):
Want to change my eating lifestyle so that I can change my body and keep the weight off. And then I can pass that on to my kids so that they can eat healthy also as they grow older.
Still working on more long term goals.
Yeah, I like star wars too. I want to get all of the dvd's and have a marathon day. It's been too long since I've watched them. Workouts are pretty good, I have another competition in Oct. so I'm getting focused again. How about yours?
I appreciate your kind comments on my progress. I've put a lot of work into these lil ole muscles. Still have a ways to go, so just going to continue to plug away! Thanks for the encouragement!
Nah, EXCELLENT view... would be tough to be too tired to enjoy that I would think. I'll find out in a couple weeks if that is still true when we climb to 11,000'
HEY! We had a couple training climbs. Hiked up to Camp Muir. Its about 5 miles with a 5500' elevation gain ending at about 11,000'. It was pretty tough. Not so sure I'd be able to make the summit after those climbs... we'll see.
