i use to be kind of in shape once upon a time back for high school foot ball i played d-line so i was still over weight but relatively active with weights and cardio after two knee injuries i let my self go. now i am back at a slow but steady pace with the help of my good, if not best friend mike to achieve my goal of loosing 100 lbs. of fat(update august 19th 2008-im at 252 now i shattered this goal and now i have no goal im just pushing my body to its limits more and more everyday)
Why I Love It:
it has become part of my life.i will never turn back.
How I Stay Motivated:
its not about motivation to me anymore its about dedication i needed to change my life or i was going to die a young unhealthy fat ufck.
so its been roughly two weeks since the start of the cutting contest.i have already managed to loose 4 pounds from my starting weight of 272 down to 268. four pounds might not seem like alot but when you use to weigh 370,every single pound counts.i am also now cycling no-xplode pre-workout...
Yeah, by looking at your photos, I quickly noticed the greater outline on the left bicep. If you find extra time, you may want to do some extra reps/sets with your right arm. I'm trying to brush my teeth using my left hand so I can start bring up my left bicep!
Thats awesome that you lost 100lbs in a year. Congrats dude and keep up the good work. SO far I've lost 25lbs in 5 months and got about 15 left to reach my goal. I may need to get more off but I'll see when I reach it. You profile is inspiring to me tho.
Probably. I have gained 3 pounds plus I gained back the 6 I lost, but I have muscles now and lost inches. My clothes are loser so I am not a total failure.Just keep truckin.
I saw that you viewed my profile. I am glad to see you have mastered the mindset to get fit amd healthy. I am pleased to see that you have decreased your weight- hard work, yes. Blessings to you and your goals, Juliet.
