How I Started:
After dislocating my shoulder playing rugby in september 06, I was introduced into rehabilitation and wieght training to get back playing asap. Ever since I have had a great interest in bulking up and getting stronger to prevent injuries like this happening again!
Why I Love It:
I love the hard work in training that goes with it! the feeling of being pumped and looking good as well as improved performance in rugby!
How I Stay Motivated:
Have a mate who I train with strictly which is perfect on legs and chest days for the spotting and yelling! listen to rap, hardcore, drum and bass, keeps me focused.
