Reason: To see the transformation that a middle aged professional can do even with all the responsibilities that involves is pretty amazing. If he can do it I should be able to do it.
Reason: Looks great. It's not easy to look like this at any age for most people. Especially someone in their mid 50's. I'll be in my late 50's next year-2010. I want to get to anywhere close to to this.
