I saw a photo of myself in a swimsuit- I looked terrible & decided I'd better do something about it! (see photo below)
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good and look good, and is a great stress reliever.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't have to motivate myself much to do something I enjoy!

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
lifting too much weight with poor form (ego lifting). You need to know what you are doing, and to do it right!
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
mostly minor, although I did develop
a shoulder problem for a while.
Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
green tea capsules, occasional caffeine tablet before a workout if I feel unusally tired.

I just cut the fat off slow and kept all the muscle. I really work with my carbs, right now im just packing on the mass. Shooting for 220 this off season.
