What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
lifting too much weight with poor form (ego lifting). You need to know what you are doing, and to do it right!

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
mostly minor, although I did develop
a shoulder problem for a while.

green tea capsules, occasional caffeine tablet before a workout if I feel unusally tired.

hey Paul!! Thnank you for the kind words! Im sorry to mislead you though, that bodybuilding pic you see on my profile was taking last October 27, 2007. I got our of shape in a few months time! I am currently training to get back in shape again so stay tuned for updated pics.... I just wanted to say that you look great!!
