Nice progress man. Your abs look nice. Though I think you should bring your chest out a bit more to create more of a shadow on them. This way they can look a little more defined.

Already with the tightly muscled frame with solid work on traps, and arms, getting the thick upper chest and solid 6 pack on the way. Proper diet with your training will really pack on the muscle. Andre
