I want to get stronger and put on as much muscle mass as possible on the way there.
Goal (Long):
All my life I have been pretty defined, but never really worked out. Now that I'm 28, my abs are looking flabby and my chest looks nowhere near as strong.
My goal is to pretty much get my sexy back. I'm doing this primarily for looks, but if I'm going to get healthier in the process, I welcome it.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 30 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
6%
