If you really want it you'll find a way! Otherwise lots of reading.. anatomy and physiology books!! not muscle mags!! Train Heavy and Keep it simple!! Eat CLEAN.. no excuses.. best of luck!

WSure mate you need a hand with anything give me a hoy.. I'd recommend finding a trainer near by who has a good rep and employing their services for a while.. Professional help for a few months can save you years of screwing around doing the wrong stuff!!

I pretty much always go heavy.. mostly flat BB and DB bench and a few inclines..

45-60min cardio 5 days is too much... unless of course you want to run 1/2 marathons or something like that? If you're after lean hard muscular look, try some HIIT a few times a week and incorporate one LSD day into it... LIFT HEAVY and COMPETE against yourself!! The only competitor who's worthy of challenging you!! ;-)

i'm eating clean as clean.. 30-45min cardio/6days.. regular fat burners etc will probably have some extra help...

yeah thats pretty much it.. I'm going to give it a shot anyway (it looks pretty sound) There's a local AThletic Division comp in 11 weeeks.. have to drop 15pd and 8%BF to make my division..

g'day Mike, just wanted to grab an opinion off someone with experience... do you think 11 weeks is too short a time to drop from 12% to 4% on stage? I found out about a local comp i'd like to give it a shot if its possible... ? thsnks mate
