How I Started:
I was tired of being skin and bones and one day I just walked in to the gym when I was stationed in Saudi Arabia and was hooked.
Why I Love It:
I just love the way I feel when I walk out of the gym after a brutal workout. I also, like the way my wife checks me out. NICE!!
How I Stay Motivated:
The thought of getting bigger and stronger motivates me. I also, get a butt load of motivation from the people right here at BB.com. Thanks to everyone out there.
BB Accomplishments:
Putting on 60 lbs of lean muscle in the last 10 years and keeping the BF to a minimum.
