How I Started:
have worked out previously but with no direction, drive or knowledge. now after loomking, asking and experimenting i seem to have a good hold.
i just wanted to get bigger, stronger and fitter
Why I Love It:
everyday i train is a judgement, i never like knowing what if, what if i had lifted 2 more reps or 5 more pounds, i love the challenge, and the comradery.
How I Stay Motivated:
looking at photos of the big boys and when people comment, thats a good reason to keep going
BB Accomplishments:
nothing major yet, id say what ive learnt and how my philosophy has altered. i used to be teh guy who didnt do deadlifts cause they were too hard or do any leg work cause who sees them? now i go all out all over all the time
and i realise now how important nutrtion is
