How was your vaca? I just got back from a week off myself. Went to Yosemite for a week of RnR with my girl. Your legs and glutes look really good Nicole.

Your legs and glutes are looking great!! Im good thanks! Just got back from Camping and motor-x last week. Lil time off from the training. Ready to hit it this week hard. Just need to dial in the calories, kinda choking food down now with the heat in CA.

its all good! Just don't be drinking while taking certain supplements. You can damage your organs. You look great anyways :)

How is the training going bro? Did you pick up any sups? Personally Im just doing protien,BCA's, EFA's and glutamine. Oh and a 1/2 bottle of fast twitch RTD:(ready to drink) before i train with weights.
