How I Started:
I started bodybuilding when I was on the high school wrestling team. I wanted to gain some weight. I needed to get up to a different weight class, cuz the varisty guy at my weight was ranked in the nation in grecko. I was tired of getting my ass kicked and beaten down. In all I gained 20lbs and alot of muscle. It was a great experience and I will aways lift weights for the rest of my life.
Why I Love It:
Walking in the gym, you can drop all your problems and worries. Plug in the head phones and get to business. Train to failure and kick off that endorphine rush. I love the high!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by trying keeping a healthy life style. Sometimes I have problems getting into the gym. Then the other problem is getting out of the gym once I'm in there.
BB Accomplishments:
I got up to 225 lbs and joining the 400 club in benching 2008.
It is going great. I have decided to really push myself at the gym, like go heavy. lol I kind of take it safe allot of the time, using lighter weight not getting the omg i cant lift another rep. so next workout will be omg lol dig it :)
