Made the transition after I stopped doing gymnastics, wanted to maintain some of my conditioning and find a use for the discipline you learn as a gymnast.
Why I Love It:
Looks good, feels even better. No matter what mood I arrive at the gym in I always leave feeling great.

MS affect my training? YEP! Worsened since initial onset? HECK Yeah! It's been about 10 yrs since diagnosis and I've been UP and DOWN (repeat). Lost eyesight Jan'08 (for 4 weeks, right eye), lost hearing Fall 2003 (3-4 wks, right ear). Last month @ USA Championship - I had latest flare up. I STILLLLL can't walk or stand without assistance. No worries, my cane is kinda' "CUTE" [lol]. And I have sported it with HEELS - in DM style. *smile*
Thanks man i was doing gud last yr until some gurl crap then working for 2 yrs had me stress depress never got to gym until just now! I guess i shld really start cutting and get back to way i was but yea ive added some size since then people are shock cause havent seen me over 2 yrs!

Thanks for your comments, Yea I knew I needed to lean out more, Since that picture was taken I lost 2" off my waist, but my weight is the same. I hired one of the best(trains top competitors) to train me. Keep training hard, you got nice thickness. GREG
