How I Started:
I wasn't athletic at school but I did enjoy playing sports. I just didn't like being picked last! When I started gaining weight (around 19) I joined the gym. For years I wasn't educated in fitness so most of what I know I found out myself.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing my body improve. I don't want to be average!
How I Stay Motivated:
I make sure I go at least 4 times a week because I know that if I miss a day then it'll be harder next time. Nobody has got anywhere by being complacent.
BB Accomplishments:
I was able to do 1 set of 12 reps on the abductors with 120lbs! That's a lot for me!

I am having the same problem! lol I lost about 50 lbs, and only 1 inch from my stomach! stupid fat stomach! lol So I am new to Germany, if I was to visit England where would you recommend besides of course, London.
