i am a repeat offender
m1: 3 egg whites, almonds, strawberries
m2: grilled chicken on corn tortilla almonds to fill out fat cals
m3: broccoli, 3 egg whites
m4: beef w/veggie and almonds
m5: almonds of course (120 cals/serv) mahi and salsa
another fav is romaine lettuce w/3 oz. of any kind of protein fish, beef or chicken w/lt. ranch and salsa

flora, multi-vitamin, calcium w/vit D, zinc, fish oil
occasionally*, adrenal, DHEA, L-glutamine, no-explode, cell-mass and NOXS and again this is sometimes* i like try about time protein...its organic - no carbs no fat....i found the pb protein tastes a little better with some vanilla yogurt but typically i am on no diary due to the toxins found in diary...and ideally protein is better consumed in its natural form! fyi...great for diabetics!
i never have used fat burners! ever! sorry but true!
