I am really trying to eat clean.  I am just getting started really from a diet my aunt gave me.  I don't want to get sick of eating healthy all the time, so, If you have some great recipes  especially those that are family friendly, please share!

you get used to boring food and you can cheat on sundays anyway. After awhile you can eat more normally when your metabolism improves.

I am doing well thanks. I have dropped a few more pounds since I started my new job. I am up walking around all day and not sitting behind a desk. I am still working out and making progress. I am glad to hear that you are still going to the gym. Keep up the good work.

I hear ya. It is hard to get in the gym sometime when you have so much going on. But just don't loose site of what you want and you will find the strength to get in there.
