Lol..dont beat yourself up over a bad diet week k! It happens to all of us!! The best thing i discovered to really REALLY keep me on track for eating was 'cheat day'! lmao Of course i dont get them right now...but they really do help you eat right all week knowing that saturday you can eat whatever you want! lol.

You are absolutely right! You have to try things and find what works best for you :) Yeah, doing no cardio is weird for me! If i eat too much though, like last weekend, i end up doing 1 hour of cardio to make up for it...LOL.
