How I Started:
I've always worked out off and on, but never achieved the body I really wanted. Seems like something was always getting into the way, having babies, school, etc etc. I am dedicated to getting into great shape and recently signed up to do the Lean Body Challenge with some friends at Labrada.Com
Why I Love It:
I have so much more energy when I am exercising on a regular basis and it makes me feel good about myself and my health.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am motivated when I see old FAT pictures of myself and also seeing those around me get into better shape!

How is the challenge going? My body fat is 17.5 to 18.5% - ughhh. Oh well at least I know what I need to do. Dr Duclos told me his was 11% -- man I must reallyl look like crap!!
Yeah - i am at work now and still no email from CCU. I am kind of pissed that I have to wait like this since it only takes a few minutes to calculate the % -- i called her and i got voicemail - i am gonna call her first thing in the morning!!!!
Thanks for pic comments! I am going to CCU on Wednesday morning to get my body fat analysis done by underwater immersion and also to get a calculation of my resting metabolic rate by a special device they use. If you are interested I will give you more info.

Donna just placed her order for Labrada products -- the prices are cheaper here on bodybuilding.com and shipping is less to BTW. She liked the protein powder you gave her. I could see at work yesterday that you are toning up -- now you need to work on strength - you were pretty weak on that shoulder reduction - we should have had Christina pull too!
We are off to our cruise tomorrow to the Bahamas! I am bringing the bath room scale and my protein drinks :-) Gonna workout and get pumped up for the ladies poolside - they have internet so i may post some pics - we'll see.
Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I not only needed body transformations but got them and so we know where you are coming from. We used the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks and had pretty good results so if you are interested I recommend you give it a look-see. It isn’t super easy but it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. I wish you strength, determination and success and if we can be of assistance feel free to give either of us a yell.
