Fit Status:
Gaining more muscle and getting ready to compete again
I worked as a receptionist at the front desk of a gym back in 1999, I had never worked out before and I gave weight lifting a try and fell in love with fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
I love to work out because it gives me confidence in myself and it keeps me focused on my goal of fitness modeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by working out with my personal trainer, pro-bodybuilder Abdul Sharif, by watching inspirational bodybuilding DVD's and listening to good music.
BB Accomplishments:
1st place in Figure tall and 2nd place in the Ms. Bikini division of the 2009 Musclemania Fitness Texas show in Fort Worth, TX.

Goal (Long):
I want to put on more muscle mass and get ready to compete in 2010. I am going to compete in NPC at the 2010 Ronnie Coleman Classic, then at the 2010 Jr. Nationals in Houston, TX and then I want to get my IFBB Pro card. My ultimate goal is to become a fitness model and to promote magazines, supplement and clothing companies.
He inspires me because he pursues his dreams, goes after his goals, stays positive despite what others may think is a disadvantage (even though I like to think he was given a gift that motivated him to be his true self) and most of all he makes NO EXCUSES! I hope to accomplish as much as he has one day.
I need some help! I have found a few good websites out there to purchase pro competition level posing suits, but I thought I would see if anyone else knew of some good websites to purchase custom, new or used pro figure competition one piece and two piece suits at a good price. I am planning...

Im doing pretty good actually, depleting today and tomorrow then carb up wed-friday, then before I know it Im going to be up on stage...man I can't wait! How are you doing?
Will report back on how it goes. If you only have a few weeks, I wouldn't go overboard, as that will just put on fat....but I would up carb portions by 1/2 cup each sitting and meat protions by a few ounces each meal and see how that goes. Maybe add more simple carbs post weight training.
Same here...been training and eating hard and heavy haha...especially thanksgiving where I ate a ton! Still eating a lot of leftovers actually! :) I've officially been back in the gam 8 weeks now and feeling great! Going to dial in the mass gain diet for 2 weeks starting Dec 1, so I minimize fat gain while bulking. Not looking forward to perfect eating for 2 weeks. :(
did you train today or watch football and eat, for me, trained chest, abs, and now time to watch football and eat. sweet....train hard, play harder. jeff
