When I Started: Feb 2012
HOW I STARTED:

Have always been interested, but, am just now moving forward in my dream of being healthier, toned and sculpted and knock dead gorgeous! LOL

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the chiseled look of someone who works out! It is so sexy to me to see men and women who at a glance you can tell that they are physically fit and that they obviously workout with weights because their bodies have so much definition and no visual signs of body fat!

I just Committed to get fit with The Beachbody Challenge™!

I officially start TOMORROW, Monday, February 27, 2012, but, I won't get all of my measurements and my pictures until sometime this week. I plan to do a video blog showing the front of that day's newspaper so that Beachbody and the world can see what day the pictures were taken on.

My Expected Finish date is October, 2012.

My ULTIMATE GOAL will be to not only "LOSE WEIGHT" but to "TONE & SCULPT" my body so that I can compete in...

Tigger61 Some days it is difficult to stick to the diet or the workout or the "fill in the blank"... I tend to go on autopilot to get my butt to the gym ... once i'm there and have my tunes on - I'm in the zone Michele and my goal has become one more rep or one more wieght than I did yesterday!!... Pain is a sign of weakness leaving the body.
