How I Started: i got started after a knee injury. i was a track and field athlete. and my knees forced me to stop running. i started weight trainning for reabilitation. and got into figure competitions a few years after...
Why I Love It: i have this passion for trainng and health and evertyhing that is involved. i like to see the changes in my body and my spirit feels in peace...
How I Stay Motivated: meditation is what keeps me from going throught the competitions prep,and the dieting.
