my biceps are now not even 12inches. I need them to be at 14 at least to be in peace, so i got to train them again, but i dont want to put on fat on my belly

hey mate. how u going? good here. it's nearly the end of week 3 training here. just doing weights with twists added that give a really good burn. am getting some results. from week 4, i'm gonna start a proper workout schedual. any tips? what's yours like? p.s. will measure my bicep size at the end of wk 3 training to c da growth.
