How I Started:
I was very skinny! At 18 weighing 110 lbs. I felt terrible. Frustating! So i start and got more muscles! Feeling much better now thank you
Why I Love It:
makes the body feel good, fit and strong
How I Stay Motivated:
the feeling, reading some fitness magazins and visiting bbcom website and then..on the beach...most guys of my age are a lot overweight!

loosing 22 lb this last half year, getting rid of my belly

my biceps are now not even 12inches. I need them to be at 14 at least to be in peace, so i got to train them again, but i dont want to put on fat on my belly

Well hi, so you have seen my body. this is what i was able to make from it when i started training - so long ago when i was 17 years old and around 100 lbs with 9.5 inch arms

I think you guys with a lot of muscles must have had some good genes to be able to devellop like that. And of course...

Yeah I did cut down to 176 but starting Monday it is another 12 week bulking cycle. How are you doing? Packing on the muscle?

hey mate. how u going? good here. it's nearly the end of week 3 training here. just doing weights with twists added that give a really good burn. am getting some results. from week 4, i'm gonna start a proper workout schedual. any tips? what's yours like? p.s. will measure my bicep size at the end of wk 3 training to c da growth.
